APPRENTICE

Responsibilities:

• As an Apprentice, you represent the salon as a whole and should strive continually to exceed our customers’ expectations.
• You should be a team player who constantly inspires, motivates and works with the rest of the team.
• You should lead by example; act professionally at all times, and continually develop yourself.
• Look at each situation as an opportunity to gain experience as well as education for your career ahead.
• Every client that you have the opportunity to engage with is beneficial to your future clientele base.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Test out of Jr. Apprentice Training.
• A successful graduate of beauty school.
• A Valid license.

Education:

• Participate in weekly education classes.
• Participate in out side education once per year.
• Attend and participate in any extra curricular activity the salon provides.

Support Provided:
